International Coffee
Recipes
European Coffee ( Serves 2)
Ingredients:
1 cup strong Coffee
1 beaten Egg white
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
2 tbs 1/2 in each mug
Preparation:
Beat egg white until you get soft foam. Fold in vanilla and
continue to beat until stiff foam form. Split into 2 mugs, and
pour coffee over egg white. Top with a tablespoon in each
mug.

Jamaican Coffee (Serves 6)
Ingredients:
5 cups hot Coffee
60ml Tia Maria
30ml White Rum
150ml thick Cream, lightly whipped
Preparation:
Mix the coffee and liqueurs in a saucepan and heat thorough.
Serve into brandy glasses topped with cream.

Mediterranean Coffee
Ingredients:
3 tbs coarse ground coffee
2 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Cocoa
1 tsp Anise seed
1 pinch of dried Orange peel
Preparation:
Combine the ingredients, and brew according to your favorite
method. The use of a French press is
traditional for this specific coffee recipe.

Mexican Coffee
Ingredients:
125ml Ground Coffee
80ml Cocolate syrup
1 tbs Cinnamon
250ml Milk
60ml Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Vanilla
Preparation:
Prior to brewing, combine the coffee, cinnamon and nutmeg.
Brew however you like. In a separate small saucepan, heat brown
sugar, syrup and milk. Stir until sugar is totally melted and
dissolved. Pour the sugar mixture into the hot coffee, and add
vanilla.

Spanish Coffee (Serves 1)
Ingredients:
1/2 oz (25ml) Tia Maria
1/2 oz (25ml) Rum
1 cup hot Coffee
Preparation:
Mix and serve with whipped cream.

West Indies Coffee (Serves 4)
Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups Milk
1/4 cup Instant Coffee
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
Preparation:
Heat milk to almost boiling, then stir in coffee and sugar.
When it's dissolved, serve in warm mugs.
